The Archways Mission
The mission of Archways is to provide the best possible service in the design and supply of quality bathrooms.
Archways is the specialist bathroom department of Builders Supply Stores (Coventry) Limited, which after 75 years, still remains a private company actively run by the Ballinger family.
We do not fit bathrooms, because we believe that the customer obtains best value by dealing direct with an experienced bathroom fitter, and we are happy to provide an approved list.
The Archways Charter
We believe in only selling quality products, with readily available manufacturer support. Cheaper products may only look like better value in the short term.
Our staff are trained to the highest possible standards, with their product knowledge being regularly updated.
We believe in consistent competitive pricing, and never pretend to be offering huge discounts. Our quotations are fully itemised to ensure that there is no confusion as to the items to be included.
We offer a hand-drawn or computer-aided design service.
We believe in one point of contact for our customers from the initial order through to after sales service.
Our staff will react quickly to any complaints which arise, and we shall do our utmost to resolve problems, with a minimum of inconvenience.
Our opening hours are restricted in order to ensure that customers always receive a professional service. Out of hours appointments and home visits can be arranged.
